  wow! Yeah they deliver....cold soggy pizza:( when you call to let them know, the owner may simply tell you to f*** off! Frank would be spinning in his grave if he knew what was going on over there...it's too bad:(

  Great pizza, hard to find real thin crust in the valley area, Huge selection of toppings some you wouldn't think to put on a pizza. Hard to find a table on weekend night so come early.

  Franks has the best thin crust pizza's in the valley... And the rest of the menu is great too. I am especially fond of the sausage pizza.. amazing..... I recommend Franks.. have been eating there for years...

  Pros: great food wonderful atmosphere Cons: long waits at times
